Amenities include off road parking, garage storage, space for al fresco dining and all a stroll away from the Mawgan Porth beach.

Mawgan Porth's beautiful cove is reached within a 10 minute amble for surf and swimming. Close to lively resorts, picturesque coves and sandy beaches on the spectacular north Cornish coast, it makes a superb retreat for family, friends and couples. Set against the dramatic landscape of cliffs and caves, Mawgan Porth boasts an expansive beach with breathtaking views along the shore, with beach-front cafes and pubs for refreshment. Join the surf school, hire the gear and enjoy adrenalin fuelled water fun, patrolled by seasonal lifeguards. Rock pools are ready for exploration so bring nets and buckets. The National Trust beach at Bedruthan Steps has striking rock stacks and is reached within a 30 minute walk along the South West Coast Path or a five minute drive. Stairs to First Floor: Immediate access (no landing) into Bedroom 4 Twin 2'6" (with some restricted height: 101cm lowest point and 203cm highest point). Other amenities: FREE Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speakers, slimline dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso, Garage for storage. Towels, bed linen and central heating included. This property offers accommodation over two floors and has a mixture of wood flooring, carpet, laminate, tiles and rugs throughout. The external door is not standard; 77cm x 195cm. Internal doors range from 75cm - 91cm in width and 185cm - 196cm in height. Kitchen worktops are standard height, 91cm. The garden is tiered with lawn and paved paths with steps and drops on a gentle slope. Parking is on a level surface approximately 50 metres from the entrance.
