“The apartment is in a great location, but it is really run down.”

There is a mold problem, which is really bad. We have allergies against mold, which made it impossible to sleep in one room. The apartment upstairs is so loud. If we knew these things beforehand, we could have found other accommodation, left this apartment for someone who doesn’t mind these things.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, we would have been happy to resolve this issue, if you had contacted us during your stay. It is unusual and not something we have been advised about in any previous feedback received, as the property consistently receives high marks for cleanliness, it is worth noting that on the latest visit our cleaning team have reported no evidence of mold in the property. We are sorry if you experienced noise upstairs, unfortunately, this is something that is out of our control. Property Owner

Looking to escape to a beautiful beachside bolthole with ocean views?

Offshore delivers an exemplary holiday experience of golden sand and surf within paces.

Pack flip flops and boogieboards and get set for seaside adventures at stunning Porthtowan.

This popular coastal village boasts an award winning beach for swimming and sandcastles, backed by dunes and dramatic cliffs.

Join the Surf School (there are seasonal life-guards) or simply relax with a parasol, a good book and a pasty.

This lively community has a deli, a small supermarket and pubs for all your refreshment needs.

The children's playground at the head of the beach will keep the little ones entertained too.

Enjoy lunch in the seaward facing Blue Bar, the much favoured après-surf café.

Spectacular sunset views across the ocean make a rewarding reason to linger with a nibble or tipple.

At low tide, you can walk to the equally superb Chapel Porth Beach or venture along the cliff-top footpath, eastbound to St Agnes or westwards to Portreath.

Further up the north Atlantic coastline are Trevaunance Cove, Newquay and Watergate Bay.

Breathtaking Land's End is a worthy destination.

Stop off at picturesque St Ives and browse the quirky boutiques, gift shops and art galleries.

Falmouth is a 30 minute drive away, with Maritime Museum and historic Pendennis Castle ready for exploration.

Offshore forms part of a small development on a no-through road that leads to the beach.

Delightfully presented, this deceptively spacious seaside themed accommodation has whitewashed wood flooring, fresh hues and coastal vibe accessories.

The open-plan living room is very inviting with squashy sofas, a central table for social dining and a smart kitchen.

With a spangly shower room and two perfectly formed bedrooms - one with a double bed and other with flexible double bed/single bunk over (a maximum of 4 guests only) - all the creature comforts are provided.

Open wide the double doors to the decked courtyard overlooking the beach.

This glorious spot is perfect for breakfasts, lunches and evening drinks, framed against the ocean backdrop.
