A contemporary coastal home with light-filled interiors and clean lines, minutes from the golden sand and pumping surf at Trevaunance Cove in St Agnes. Quietly tucked away in the heart of this buzzing seaside village, with a good degree of privacy, Turfrick occupies a superb vantage point. Relax on the south-facing decked terrace and soak up the sea air, and views which swoop over rooftops towards the iconic engine house from which the property derived its name. Forget the car and venture out on foot! You will enjoy the luxury of the location with excellent restaurants/bars, old inns, cafes and art galleries within paces. There is also a local bakers, butchers, greengrocers and convenience store for supplies. Beautiful Trevaunance Cove is your playground and dogs are welcome in all seasons too! Lifeguarded in the summer months, it is popular among families and little explorers will love the rock pools and the ice cream parlour. A favoured haunt for surfers, there is a surf school offering tuition for all abilities and equipment hire. For a romantic dinner, create a memorable experience and book a table at The Driftwood Spars Bistro or Schooners for delicious food with spectacular views over the beach. Ramblers will rejoice with access to the coastal footpath for stunning cliff walks or to St Agnes Beacon for windswept isolation and epic 360 degree views. An excellent venue for couples and families and a superb base for exploring with visitor hotspots at St Ives, Padstow, Watergate Bay and Newquay all within easy reach. This gorgeous detached dormer bungalow with an enclosed garden and terraces for barbecues and outdoor living is set back from the road and approached by a stepped path. Step inside and discover a laid-back beach house style. Accentuating the coastal feel, large picture windows bathe generous rooms with light and bi-fold doors slide open from the sitting room to the deck for an outside-in atmosphere. Keep warm beside the fire pit on the sheltered terrace or snuggle up on deep modern sofas beside the warming glow of the wood burner with a good book from the collection provided. The kitchen dining room is laden with good quality appliances. There are three comfy bedrooms, a family bathroom with a luxurious tub and a separate shower room completes the accommodation. Outside you have a surf store shed for beach and other outdoor equipment.

Other amenities: FREE wi-fi, sound bar, Sky Sports, dishwasher, fridge freezer, tumble drier, charcoal barbecue, fire-pit, travel cot, high chair and stair-gate fixed at the foot of the stairs. Board games and books for adults and children. Bath towels, bed linen and electric underfloor and oil fueled central heating included. Secure stored for bikes and surfboards. TWO PETS GO FREE. The accommodation is arranged over two floors and has wood, rug, tile, carpet and vinyl flooring throughout. The external doors are no less than standard width and height. The internal doors are 82cm in width and between 197-236cm in height. Kitchen worktop height is 87-92cm. The garden is accessed from the entrance or sitting room and is a mixture of gravel/paved paths and lawn, deck and paved terraces with drops and connecting steps. There is off-road parking for one car on a drive at road level within 20m.
