Lady Grace's is a charming two storey character cottage set on the edge of the sleepy valley at Sandplace near Looe. Sympathetically renovated, quirky yet tastefully furnished throughout it offers an extremely comfortable level of accommodation. It has a well equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with modern suite making this a very attractive property for guests. Outside there is a lovely barb-e-que area with views over the leafy valley. There is parking provided at the property.

Nestling on the side of the beautiful Looe Valley, overlooking the tree tops towards the coast, this magical setting is quite breathtaking. A stroll down to the picturesque Sandplace Station to experience the novelty of hailing the Looe to Liskeard Branch Line. Reputed to be one of the most scenic rail journeys in the country, delivering you to the lively fishing village of Looe within minutes. With contemporary décor throughout this delightful traditional cottage has a warm and homely ambiance and is perfectly placed to explore. The historic ports of Looe and Polperro are worthy of a visit with both offering a maze of narrow streets lined with pubs, restaurants, art galleries and shops. Life in both of these ancient fishing towns revolves around the water. Head out on a mackerel fishing trip or go on a shark spotting tour to name but a few. Looe itself has a long sandy beach which is child friendly. Rock pooling is great fun for children and adults alike and crabbing a must on the quay side! The waterside towns of Fowey and Mevagissey are both within easy reach, as too is Polruan, home to the ferry taking you across the Fowey Estuary. There are numerous other great days out within easy reach, such as The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and Bodmin Moor. Lady Grace's has character in abundance with beamed ceilings and an inglenook fireplace, with wood burning stove, that you can cuddle up in front of on the giant snuggle chair on those cooler winter evenings. With two bedrooms, the first with an elegant kingsize bed and the second with bunk beds and a pretty day bed, Lady Grace's is perfect for both families and friends. Downstairs is an immaculate modern bathroom, kitchen and comfortable dining area. The large south facing decked area to the front of the cottage is a great place to relax and enjoy a barbecue on those lazy summer evenings. This semi-detached cottage can be booked in conjunction with Cosy Nook, next door, (property reference 1708). Both are accessed up a typical Cornish lane on an incline with parking to the front of the cottages.

2 Bedrooms - Sleeping up to 4 Adults The property offers accommodation over two floors and has a mixture of carpeting, flagstones, wood, vinyl, tile floors throughout. External and internal doors are slightly narrower at 69cm and slightly shorter 190-197cm than standard. Kitchen worktops are of a standard height. There is off-road parking for one car outside the property on a gravel surface within 10m of the entrance steps. Three steps to Entrance. Ground Floor: Open Plan Living Room with 28" TV, wood burner, kitchen and two steps to the bathroom with bath, shower over and WC. One flight of steep stairs up to the First Floor: Bedroom 1 Double. Bedroom 2 with Bunk Beds and a Single Bed. Other Amenities: FREE Wi-Fi. Slimline dishwasher, charcoal barbecue. Bed linen, towels and electric heating included. Please note there is no washing machine. 1 pet welcome at £20 per week We are committed to offering assistance to our guests to ensure that you have all the information you need to decide on the right property when booking a holiday with us.
