The property

Boasting a unique and enviable position above the cove at Polperro, this cosy-for-two chalet-style studio apartment has captivating views over the harbour and stunning seascape from all of its windows.

Outside, is a private and enclosed garden, including an apple orchard, offering the same breathtaking views.

Fronting the grounds is the coastal footpath which will transport you past the harbour to the village centre with its fine selection of old inns and restaurants in less than 5 minutes. Famous world-wide and one of the most sought after visitor locations in Cornwall, Polperro is an old fishing village sheltered within a cliff ravine.

The narrow, windy streets and quaint fisherman's cottages painted in the prettiest pastel shades hug its steep valley and are truly picturesque.

Fishermen still operate from the charismatic harbour and visitors clamour to the quayside, a hive of activity where pleasure boat and shark fishing trips can be arranged.

Low tide unveils a small beach at Polperro and there are beaches within easy reach by car at Lansallos to the west and Talland Bay to the east. An ultimate romantic getaway, ideal for honeymooners, this former artist's studio although compact has been cleverly arranged to maximise its living space.

The open-plan studio style apartment incorporates a brand new kitchenette, sitting area and double bed with an antique style bedstead and there is an adjoining shower room.

The interior is light and airy with romantic charm, with interesting artwork and knick knacks.

Large picture windows frame magnificent views whilst reclining on the sofa or relaxing on the bed.

There is no vehicle access to The Studio.

A free parking space is available in the village from where is it is a 5 minute walk to The Studio.

A luggage taxi can be prearranged at own expense.

Suitcases on wheels are advisable for village streets.
