Your holiday matters - not only to you, but to us.
By the time you arrive at your holiday cottage, you should have the name and telephone number of the property manager or the owner. These are the people who can help with anything you are uncertain of with regard to the property and it's facilities.
If, for any reason, you are unable to contact the property manager or the owner, please call us on 01326 573808 and one of our dedicated customer service advisors will be happy to help.
Something not right?
While every effort will be made prior to your arrival to make everything just right, things can occasionally go wrong. If you arrive and there is something amiss, we need to know so that we can get it put right!
As your contract is in the first instance with the owner of the property, we would always advise you try to contact them or their manager first - they will then be able to react immediately to help you get back to enjoying your holiday.
Of course, if you are unable to get hold of the property manager, we would ask that you contact us. In the vast majority of cases we are able to act quickly and resolve any problems with minimal disruption to you and your holiday.
