Making your holiday booking
Booking your holiday cottage with us is simple. You can book online 24 hours a day, 365 days a year or if you prefer, you can give us a call on 01326 573808 and speak to one of our helpful advisors.
Once you have found the holiday cottage that you want, you can click the button labelled 'Book Now'. This will take you to an availability page, showing all available weeks in green.
To select an available week at your preferred property, click the checkbox next to that week and click 'Book Now'.
Our website, just like our team of experts, will guide you through the booking process in three easy steps:
On the first page, you will be asked to confirm the property, holiday dates, how you wish to pay and details of any extras that you may require. These can include pets, towel hire (if applicable) or our cancellation insurance.
Next, we need to take a few details about the people who will be staying in the property as we are acting as agents on behalf of the property owner. This information gets sent to the owner and is required to form a contract between you and the property owner.
Lastly, we will ask for your payment details. Please note, no money is taken until your booking is confirmed, so if there are any checks needed prior to confirming your booking, these will be done before we release the funds paid online.
Your online booking request is instantly sent to our team, who will run through any final checks needed before processing your payment and arranging for your booking confirmation documents to be emailed to you later that day.
