“The stairs moved a bit whilst going up and down, stairs so tight had bruises all down my legs ,
the photos make it look bigger than it is , there's no privacy in the hot tub in photos it doesn't show the windows looking down on the hot tub,
There was no WiFi which was advertised and the Netflix was temperamental and the TV wouldn't turn off ,had to switch off by plug
The sofa can only really fit one person .”
The heating was on most of the time was like a sauna ,
You can here next door guests through wall,
And one of the towels had lots of holes in it.
A suggestion for the owner would be to put a gazebo over the hot tub and a slightly bigger sofa and advertise correctly
The only things that were positive was the lovely welcome package, in both downstairs on table ,upstairs on the bed
,the shower was lovely size
, the kitchen was good considering the size of snug .
And the hot tub was amazing ,
And the bedroom was stunning
I'd say if you were to stay here you'd need to be skinny and single unfortunately it's not suitable for even 2 people
Thank you for your feed back.
We appreciate constructive criticism. We strive to further improve our services, and with out guests such as yourself letting us know about your stay we are unable to make improvements. While we have tried to be completely transparent in regard to the size of the stairs by providing pictures, we will provide measurements so this doesn't happen again. We have also had our maintenance check the stairs, although it was reported they were ok, we will continue to check them before every booking from now on.
WiFi is provided and we have given out the passcode in a guest manual inside the property which included numbers to contact in case you needed any help which are available 24 hours a day and would of been happy to help with any of these issues, apologies if this was difficult to find. Again, to make sure there is no repeat situation we will make the guest manual easily located.
Trying to address all of your points, we are constantly restocking on towels and bedding and will make sure that we only supply our best for our guests.
We have taken your points about the hot tub onboard and are installing a large umbrella and a gate.
We love that you appreciate our welcome package and other aspects of your stay and thank you for including that in your feedback.
As we are addressing the issues you have raised we would hope that you would stay with us again and let us know what you think of our improvements.
were deemed fit we will continue to keep an eye out

About the location
CAMBORNE
Portreath 4.4 miles; Hayle 6.8 miles.
Camborne lies in the heart of a former mining community and was well known for its “Queen of Cornish Mines" - the Dolcoath copper and tin mine, the deepest in Cornwall. Today, Camborne is home to Heartlands, a community space covering 19 acres and scattered with remnants of the mining industry, providing a free space for visitors to explore the heritage of Cornwall, browse art and craft projects, stroll through the gardens and sit and share a picnic or enjoy lunch at the Red River Café. From Camborne centre you can follow an interesting town trail, or spend the afternoon in the museum before visiting the array of shops and pubs. A short drive from Camborne brings you to a wealth of sandy Cornish beaches including Portreath, Gwithian and Porthtowan. Camborne is ideal for exploring Land’s End, the Lizard Peninsula, Truro and the Eden Project, which are all easily accessible by car, ideal for a day trip.
