Wood built in the 1920's, the property exudes charm and character while offering a terrific base for a family holiday. Inside you will find that there is a good basic level of furnishing throughout with an eclectic theme to the decor providing flexible and practical accommodation. The large and comfortable living room features a cosy wood burning stove. The kitchen is well equipped and leads into the heart of the house, a dining room opens on to a large balcony and patio area with ample seating for alfresco meals on a summers evening.
Above this there is an additional seating area in the garden which is equipped with a fixed barbecue and has exceptional views across Falmouth. From the house and garden there are views across the cove to St Anthony. The cove offers small, safe and secluded beaches and furthermore, boat hire and tuition is available at St Anthony. Returning guests will know well that this is one of the most unspoilt areas in the county and truly an area of outstanding natural beauty.
The creek winds its way inland and provides delightful coastal walks. There is so much to enjoy nearby; to the south west is the fishing village of Porthallow and the Lizard peninsula, to the north lies the enchanting Helford River.
