The property

Close to Padstow and the Camel Trail in a parish which boasts seven bays for seven days, a superb choice of wide coves where surfers hang out and golden bucket and spade beaches with hidden rock pools for family fun stretch out along the magnificent untamed shores of Constantine, Harlyn, Trevone, Padstow and Damar Bays.

Three miles from much loved Padstow, renowned for its busy harbour, celebrated sea-food restaurants and May Day Obby Oss festival, coastal walks, watersports, cycle trails and prestigious golf courses are all close by.

A hideaway retreat to return to after a day of adventure, Trenouth Cottage nestles down a private lane partly shared with the owners, set in enclosed secluded grounds where there is space for children to play, bicycles and surf boards to be stored and plenty of parking for a boat and trailer.

Leave the crowds behind and let all cares slip away as you relax in peaceful gardens enjoying sylvan views and the tranquillity of a pretty country setting.

A cottage with immense character and a warm welcoming appeal, the living room is very traditional with polished oak flooring, open beamed ceiling, a wood burner on the hearth, comfortable seating and a large country pine table for dining.

In the kitchen an old oak dresser supplements the range of modern fitted units here and in an adjoining utility room, and a curving staircase sweeps up to nicely presented bedrooms with white varnished floors, antique style bedsteads and lovely country views.

The third bedroom is carpeted and boasts a versatile zip n'link beds which produce a generous six foot bed.
