Sublime year round, England's Piece is a beautiful colonial-style dormer bungalow in the rural village of St Endellion. Its exterior is unassuming but step inside and discover luxurious, light filled rooms with immense views, spanning from Trevose in the west to Tintagel Castle (linked to the legends of King Arthur) in the east.

England's Piece is effortlessly elegant and stylish. Set back from the road, enter from the large drive into a spacious interior with a wood burner, tasteful oil paintings, good books, touchable textiles, big relaxing sofas and antique furniture set on oak wood flooring. Admire the seascape or watch a sunset from the sitting room, kitchen dining room and the conservatory as well as the sunny terrace and enclosed garden, designed for outdoor living with recliners, barbecue and fire pit. The kitchen and utility room are well equipped right down to a milk frother, blender, steamer, plate/food warmer, champagne buckets and decanters. There are three serene bedrooms fabulously equipped with en-suite bathrooms, TV's and seriously comfy zip and link beds (which can be presented as super king size double beds or twin beds on request and at time of booking). Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor which might suit those with limited mobility. There is also a study area on the first floor complete with an Apple Mac computer.

If it is the great outdoors you crave, the stunning South West Coast Path and the sandy beaches of Rock, Polzeath and Daymer Bay are less than a ten minute drive. Bliss for golfers, St Enedoc golf course, ranked as one of the world's top links courses, is an eight minute drive. Head to Padstow by ferry from Rock for a day of browsing trendy boutiques and arty shops or sampling fine seafood in one of the many restaurants, including those owned by celebrity chefs Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth. Port Isaac, home of the BBC's Doc Martin, is just 5 minutes drive. Discover a charismatic fishing village where traditional cottages line narrow streets and fishing and scenic trips operate during the summer months. Moments from home, next to St Endellion Church, is a farm shop with excellent facilities for children including mini tractors, dumper trucks, zip wire, slides and climbing frames as well as farm animals.
