The Slipway apartment is a contemporary property on the third floor of Maritime house on Discovery Quay. Beautifully presented and thoughtfully furnished, guests will not want to leave this welcoming homestay. The living area opens out onto a pretty balcony which is the perfect spot to sit and watch the magic of the harbour. The allocated parking is a very positive feature especially in the busy summer months.

Boasting stunning panoramic ocean and harbourside views from its prime elevated position, The Slipway is perfectly located for families, friends and couples seeking the very best of Falmouth's seaside resort. Set within paces of excellent restaurants, bars and shops for provisions, this contemporary spacious duplex apartment offers a coastal escape packed with relaxation and recreation opportunities. Falmouth entices artists, sailing enthusiasts, students and holiday makers to its many coastal attractions. With four beaches to choose from, opt to swim or picnic at sandy blue flag status Gyllyngvase or Swanpool, both with a good cafe/restaurants for sunshine refreshment. A mile further west is a larger stretch of sand and surf at sheltered Maenporth beach. Daily pleasure boat trips and fishing excursions are available from the town quay, or explore the secret creeks of the Carrick Roads. Bob across the water to the picturesque village of St Mawes on the Roseland Peninsula; a decadent spot to enjoy a foody feast or Cornish ale in one of the waterfront hotels. For pursuits on land, visit the National Maritime Museum or ramble the cliff path, spying Pendennis Castle, Henry VIII historical home. The open plan sitting room with squashy sofas, dining area and kitchen showcases breathtaking sea views and a balcony terrace - a spot to sit for breakfast or evening drink and watch the boats and weather across the water. With two sleep inducing bedrooms; the master with superb water vista, and two bathrooms, this comfy holiday homestay will be one to return to. Allocated parking is available for one car a few minutes walk from the apartment.

Opposite elevator door, exit out to the exterior courtyard, turn left up 8 steps to Apartment 15 Entrance Hallway. Open Plan Living Room with decked balcony and 31" TV. Kitchen. WC. From Hallway, Stairs rise to First Floor; Bedroom 1 Double. En-suite Shower room with walk-in shower and WC. Bedroom 2 Twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over and WC. Other amenities: FREE Wi-Fi, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Towels, bed linen and central heating included. The property offers accommodation over two floors and has a mixture of wood, rugs, carpet and tiled flooring throughout. External door is 89cm x 201cm in width and height. Internal doors range from 82cm in width and and 94 - 204cm in height. Kitchen work tops are of a standard height. There is allocated parking for 1 car in Discovery Quay Car Park, within a 3 minute walk of The Slipway apartment.
