External doors range from 81 - 390 cm in width and 202 cm in height. Internal doors range from 76 - 84cm in width and 195 - 198 cm in height. Kitchen worktops are not standard height at 93 cm. The enclosed garden has wood decking and paved surfaces and steps, accessed from the bi-fold doors from the living room or pathway at the side with 15 concrete steps and gate. There is off-road parking for one car in the integral garage plus on-street parking.
