The Old Barn is a wonderfully spacious conversion. The open plan living room on the first floor has smart wood flooring, big modern sofas and doors to a decked terrace for alfresco meals. There are two zip and link double or twin bedrooms plus two modern shower rooms on the ground floor, one of which is the en-suite to the master bedroom. Both bedrooms have stable doors to an enclosed patio.

An adventure for families and couples, The Old Barn is wonderfully placed for saltwater escapades and exploring the rugged character of Cornwall's magical Far West. Situated less than a 10 minute drive from surfy Sennen Cove and iconic Land's End, this rustic retreat sits in an area of outstanding natural beauty and within the grounds of the owners 17th century grade II listed farmhouse along with two other beautiful barn conversions (including Lower Rissick Cottage, sleeps 2 and Barney's Barn, sleeps 6 which are also available to book).. The perfect hideaway for peace, country and coastal scenery and the fresh Cornish air! With its mile of fine white sand and azure sea, the beautiful beach at Sennen Cove offers safe bathing and a lifeguard service during the summer. It is one of Cornwall's premier visitor destinations with a first class beachside restaurant, a charming harbour with a small fleet of fishing boats, art galleries selling work by local artists, a traditional pub, cafe, fish and chip shop and a recognised surf school offering tuition and equipment hire. There are beaches in abundance at St Ives and the exotic paradise of Trewidden Gardens, the island topped castle of St Michael's Mount and The Minack, Cornwall's famous open-air cliff-top theatre (offering productions for both adults and children) are all less than a 30 minute drive and highly recommended, family friendly places to visit during your stay. For explorers of all ages, the Penwith Peninsula offers spectacular open moorlands dotted with old mines and ancient monuments and a beautiful, wild and windswept coast path, well known for its access to remote beaches, tall granite cliffs and quintessential fishing villages. Return from fun days at the coast to spread out and relax in this wonderfully spacious home interior. Towels, bed linen and electric central heating included. Please note, there is no music system at the property. The property offers accommodation over two levels and has a mixture of wood, rug and tile flooring throughout. There is a decked terrace for guests sole use accessed from the open plan living room. The property is accessed via a farm drive. There is off road parking for two cars on a level gravel surface located 5m from the entrance via four steps on the decked terrace.
