Ocean Breeze is a delightful apartment for two guests with wonderful views to Cape Cornwall. The open plan living room has a well equipped kitchen and a sofa from which to admire the views or watch television. The double bedroom and modern spacious shower room are at the rear. The position of the property, practically on the coast path, opposite the golf course and within walking distance of St Just make this holiday retreat perfect for couples. The welcoming of dogs is a really positive feature of this property.

Come for spectacular sea views over the coast in Poldark's Cornwall, a magical cove within paces and scenic walks (dogs included) along the South West Coast path. A prime coastal position, Ocean Breeze and Ocean View are two comfortable and informal, single-storey barn conversions with a garden situated on the cliff tops at Cape Cornwall in the far west. A perfect venue for couples and families to relax in a sensational setting with excellent opportunities to swim, walk, watch sunsets, play golf or relax beside the glow of the coal effect electric fire. The little-known, sand and pebble beach at Priests Cove is a toddle away. The cove faces south-west, towards Brisons Rock (which is said to resemble a French General in the bath). It is an authentic fishing port to a small fleet of fishing boats working lobster pots from the shore. There is a salt water swimming pool carved from the rocks which is safe for bathing and as such is popular among locals and families. The town of St Just is less than a five minute drive and has everything you need with traditional pubs serving food, cafes, galleries, curio shops, super-market, baker, butcher and greengrocer. Ocean Breeze is practical for dogs and there is great walking from the door. Head to the top of the Cape for iconic panoramic views over the coastline or follow the coast path to Land's End with a stop at the beachside restaurant at surfy Sennen. Ocean Breeze is sublime year round and a convenient venue for exploring with St Ives, Penzance and Mousehole within a short drive. Return from coastal escapades to this cosy bolthole. Step inside to the open plan living room with a deep sofa and armchairs for lounging, reading and admiring the seascape. The kitchen is well equipped with all the mod cons including a dishwasher and washing machine. Retire to the restful bedroom with its coastal theme, white washed tongue and groove panelling, a comfortable bed dressed in crisp cotton bed linens and ample storage. A modern and pristine shower room completes the accommodation. There is a small landscaped garden within enclosed grounds with furniture for relaxing and dining and a car park along the lane within some 400 metres.

Other amenities: FREE wi-fi, dishwasher, washing machine and books. Bath towels, bed linen and electric heating included. Two PETS GO FREE. Access from the road to the entrance is some 15 metres along a short path and paved stepping stones. The accommodation is arranged over one level and has tile, rug and carpet flooring throughout. The external door is a standard width and 1.88cm in height. The internal doors are between 72-74cm in width and between 197-198cm in height. Kitchen worktop height is standard. The garden has gravel and paved surfaces. Parking can be found in the National Trust Cape Cornwall pay and display car park within 400 metres.
