Trembath Cottage is a mid terrace property in the centre of St Just. Thoughtfully renovated, the cottage provides a homely retreat for four guests with three bedrooms, a large double and two singles. The sitting/dining room is open plan with the central heating supplemented with a cosy wood burner in the exposed granite fireplace for those cooler winter months. The kitchen is very well equipped and leads out onto a sunny and sheltered rear enclosed courtyard where there is plenty of space for alfresco eating. There is a bathroom with a free standing bath and limited head room on the first floor. Trembath Cottage is ideally situated for exploring West Penwith and yet is within walking distance of local eateries, shops and galleries. Dogs are welcomed so that guests can enjoy the proximity of the coast path with their four legged friends.

One mile from the stunning Cape Cornwall coastline, this delectable cottage boasts beautifully renovated accommodation with a fully enclosed paved courtyard making a generous sunspot for blue-sky nibbles. Within easy reach of fabulous resorts, landmark attractions and coves, Trembath Cottage, set in the lively town of St Just, makes a cracking retreat for both relaxation and recreation. Families, friends and couples will adore this cottage; a heavenly haven close to the sea for romantic rendezvous and gatherings. Vibrant St-Just-in-Penwith makes the ideal base for exploring the far west of Cornwall and beyond. Other Amenities: Free Wi-Fi. Dishwasher, fridge/freezer, tumble dryer, travel cot, stair-gates, potty, bath toys and cot blankets. Bed linen, towels and central heating included. Safe. One complimentary basket of logs provided. The property offers accommodation over two floors and has a mixture of wood, carpet,tiles and rugs throughout. External doors range from 65-78cm in width and 182-202cm in height. Internal doors range from 67-76cm in width and 183-199cm in height. Kitchen work tops are of a standard height. The rear courtyard is enclosed with a paved and level patio accessed from the kitchen/utility area or from a side gate. Parking spaces are available subject to availability immediately outside the property on the main road. Parking is also available in a public car park - free of charge to use, a five minute walk from the property.
