Set just off a most spectacular and unspoilt stretch of the South West Coast Path, Covva offers guests a spacious, well equipped and comfortable holiday retreat. The cottage oozes individual charm from its eclectic range of furniture and furnishings to striking, original works of art. Guests will love the easy living ambiance and the provision of books, games, toys and even a piano. Outside is a lovely enclosed garden where children can safely play and to the front is a sunny patio well placed to catch the afternoon sun. Adjacent level parking is a further bonus and the glorious sea views are simply the icing on the cake.

Romantic and atmospheric, Covva is an old stone barn conversion with a pretty garden nestled in the cliff top hamlet of Rinsey. Far from the madding crowd, this is a profoundly peaceful location with amazing sea views across Mounts Bay to the Lizard Point. Paces from the South West Coast Path and a secluded sandy beach, Covva is unforgettably special. Head along winding lanes to an authentic setting where traditional properties cluster and look on to the ocean. An excellent space for peace-seekers, Covva sits at the end of the lane so there is little passing traffic. The sandy beach at Rinsey Cove, which is 500 metres approx along a steep winding footpath, is your playground. Discover a dog friendly beach and a sublime seascape with dramatic cliffs and old mining ruins. Follow the coast path to the fishing village of Porthleven, its beach and atmospheric harbour with an impressive pier. Explore art galleries, gift shops, cafes, traditional old inns and excellent foodie restaurants, including Rick Stein Porthleven. Further along the coast is the lifeguarded beach and golf course at Praa Sands and the island topped castle of St Michael's Mount at Marazion. A convenient venue for exploring, with Land's End, St Ives, Penzance and The Lizard Peninsula all within easy driving distance. Instantly relaxing, Covva is a spacious and light-filled home-from-home with a reverse level layout to maximise the views. Step inside to the sun room with views out to sea and deep sofas for lounging and reading. The kitchen dining room has beamed ceilings, oak wood flooring and a chunky dining table for sociable meal times. Head upstairs to the large sitting room and plenty of comfortable furniture, original artwork, books, games, toys and a piano! You will sleep soundly in peaceful bedrooms, some with sea views. Ideal for extended families, there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom on the ground floor and a second double bedroom on the first floor. Outside there is a sunny patio terrace with sea views and garden furniture for barbecues and alfresco meals plus an enclosed garden for children. Stock up on supplies at the nearby town of Helston and there is a local pub/restaurant within walking distance.

Bathroom with bath, shower over and WC. Utility Room. WC. Thirteen steps from Kitchen Dining Room to First Floor: Sitting Room with 32" TV. Bedroom 3 Double with 5' bed. Other amenities: FREE wi-fi, DAB radio, sound-bar, dishwasher, fridge freezer, tumble drier, charcoal barbecue, moveable stair-gate, baby monitor, baby bath and child step. Board games and books for adults and children, toys and a trampoline with an enclosure in the garden. Bath towels, bed linen and oil fueled central heating included. One well behaved PET GOES FREE. (Dogs are not permitted on the first floor or in the bedrooms.) The accommodation is arranged over two floors and has wood, rug, tile and carpet flooring throughout. The external doors are a standard width and height. The internal doors are between 65-76cm in width and between 190-194cm in height. Kitchen worktop height is standard. The patio is accessed from the entrance and the garden is accessed from the rear entrance. The outside space includes lawn areas and gravel and paved paths and terraces. There is off-road parking for one car on an unmade drive less than 10m from the entrance plus ample space for additional vehicles on the track in front of the house.
