Immaculately presented and comfortable, Sea Star occupies an enviable waterfront position in the ever popular holiday hot spot of Porthleven. Unrivaled sea and harbour views can be enjoyed from most rooms and from the sunny little outside seating area. Arranged over three floors the property offers flexible accommodation with four bedrooms to sleep up to six people and is tastefully furnished and accessorized throughout. Parking can usually be found outside but for the peak summer weeks there is the bonus of allocated parking within a few minutes walk.
All our properties are personally appraised by our team, who work in association with Visit England to ensure quality standards are upheld.

Positioned alongside the harbour at picturesque Porthleven, Sea Star sits within seconds of the sea. This beautiful contemporary house benefits from spectacular sea views around this coastal village and enjoys the sunshine and sunsets. With a bustling atmosphere all year round, this charming almost timeless hot-spot destination, renowned for its Food Festival, offers several fabulous gastro restaurants including Rick Stein, a good choice of inns, several local bakeries, cafes and a delicatessen all within a level walk. The village retains much of its traditional charm and character with its impressive granite pier and clock tower. Explore the National Trust coastline along the footpaths - a walker's paradise! Guests will enjoy exploring the coast in both directions, rich in birdlife. Ramble past the fresh water lake of Loe Bar or the shingle beach from Porthleven Sands to Gunwalloe Beach and Church Cove. The market town of Helston is a five minute drive away and ten minutes will take you to beautiful Praa Sands, a popular beach spot for families and surfers. A little further around Mounts Bay is Marazion, with arc of sand looking over the mystic splendour of St Michael's Mount. This part time isle has a tiny harbour and wonderful gardens to discover with the castle perched at the top. A hop on the ferry at high water or a gentle stroll across the knobbly causeway will make for a fun excursion. Sea Star offers attractive accommodation on three levels in a perfect location on the waterfront, with an open-plan contemporary interior with four bedrooms. The views of the harbour and out to sea are wonderful, and can be enjoyed from the living room and two of the bedrooms, with flexible accommodation for up to 6 guests. There is a small terrace for alfresco dining. A private parking space is 200 yards away, or parking can normally be found directly outside the house.

4 bedrooms - Sleeping up to 6 Adults One step up to Entrance. Ground Floor: Open Plan Living Room with 32" TV/Dining Room/Kitchen. WC. A flight of stairs up to First Floor: Bedroom 1 Double. Bathroom with bath, shower over and WC. Bedroom 2 with 2'6" Bunk Beds (made on request). A flight of stairs up to Second Floor: Bedroom 3 Double. Bedroom 4 Twin. Other Amenities: Dishwasher. iPod Docking System. Bed linen and electric heating provided. Towels for hire. The property offers accommodation over three floors and has a mixture of carpeting, wood, vinyl and tile floors throughout. External doors are standard width and slightly shorter than standard height 76cmx191cm. Internal doors are slightly narrower and shorter than standard 74cmx192cm. Kitchen worktops are of a standard height. The outside area is a small enclosed terrace with paved surfaces. There is allocated parking for one car approx 250 metres away but roadside parking can be found subject to availability.
