Properties with character and rural locations

Due to the climate in Cornwall many of the traditional Cornish Cottages may not have been damp proofed and therefore may be susceptible to damp appearing on the walls. If you are unsure of a property for health reasons, or if you are bringing an elderly person or a young baby or someone with breathing difficulties then please call the office for help.

In rural locations, people may be earning a living which requires early mornings or late evenings.

So please be patient when it comes to sounds and smells, it's all part of the countryside.

All our properties are individually owned and are decorated and furnished to the individual's taste.

Special needs

We are committed to ensuring that guests with disabilities or medical conditions which affect their holiday receive the best possible service from Cornish Cottage Holidays. Working together with cottage owners we will endeavour to accommodate those with special requirements.

Unfortunately some properties are likely to be unsuitable for guests with special needs. Please telephone Cornish Cottage Holidays to discuss any specific requirements or the suitability of individual properties.

Cleaning

All properties are cleaned between lets and there is no extra charge for this unless a heavy clean is required after you leave or do not leave the property as you found it.
