The Village of Gardens, Pendra Loweth is a village of purpose built and privately owned self-catering holiday cottages. Situated in the beautiful and peaceful valley leading down to Maenporth Beach, Falmouth. With onsite facilities including tennis courts, children's outdoor play area, an indoor plunge pool (Open 29th March until 2nd November 2013) and The Village Arms (Open 15th February to 2nd November 2013). Dreckly is perfect for families seeking peace and comfort. It boasts views over a gentle stream from the paved patio and also backs onto woodland that enjoys the sound of friendly owls! Equipped with a picnic bench, the patio is west-facing and enclosed therefore providing a secure environment for children. The interior is spacious with an open plan living room fitted with a modern kitchen and there are three attractive bedrooms on the first floor furnished with fashionable white furniture. The shower room is fitted with a double shower (a rare find at Pendra Loweth). There are several large communal lawn areas for picnicking or children's ball games and allocated parking for one car plus visitor parking. On the south side of the Village, set along the stream which runs the length of the grounds you will you will find Dreckly. The sound of the stream as it winds its way toward the cove will ease you into your holiday, children can play Pooh Sticks on the ornate wooden bridge while you relax on your deck. As with all of the cottages, you are just a short walk from the Village amenities including the Café, Pub and Store and also the Splash Pool and Gym. Benefitting from the afternoon sun, the Village terrace is a great place to relax and enjoy refreshments. The Village of Gardens is equidistant between Maenporth and Swanpool beaches. Everyone loves Swanpool for the café, sand and swimming while Maenporth is perhaps a little more relaxed but equally as special; both offer fantastic restaurants and sandy shores so you really are spoilt for choice. North Helford and Falmouth are perhaps the quintessential Cornish visitor destinations; a mix of beach, creek and woodland serve some of our most interesting and historic villages and towns.
