The nearest sandy beaches are at Penstreath just outside the village and Pentewan, just over two miles by car or less on the coast path whilst the Lost Gardens of Heligan and Eden Project are both within 10 miles. Completely refurbished, Glanville House offers beautifully presented accommodation arranged over three floors.
