A mile or so east of the architecturally rich town of St Agnes and the beautiful Trevaunance Cove is Goshen Farm; a pretty, traditional detached farmhouse which has been carefully preserved keeping an air of Victorian charm. Situated in the attractive, wooded and very sheltered Perran Valley which leads to the famous seaside town of Perranporth (with an internet café) and the long golden sands of Perran Sands - great for surfing - this substantial property is very well located for a peaceful, yet busy holiday! Surrounded by and overlooking acres of farmland, Goshen Farm is blessed with country sounds, beautiful views, and private lawned gardens. A five to ten minute drive and guests arrive at Perranporth or St Agnes. In twenty-five minutes reach the cathedral city of Truro for serious shopping and entertainment including The Hall for Cornwall. The whole of the west Cornwall coastline is never more than thirty-five minutes away - enjoy a trip to Newquay Zoo, the National Maritime Museum, the Tate Gallery, and loads of great beach activities. For the more easily pleased, try a short walk from the farm to the village of Mithian where there is an attractive pub, The Miner's Arms, and a country-house hotel. For keen walkers, a walk along the coastal path is an absolute pleasure. Extensively refurbished, including the latest energy-efficient technology (Dynamic storage heating from Germany), this is a place of comfort and tranquillity, ideal for families who enjoy exploring countryside and coastline. One pet welcome at £15 per week but must be kept under strict control as this is a working farm area.
