A charming conversion of an old barn, this is a holiday home brimming with rustic appeal. Thick white walls and the warm glow of natural wood floors create a simple but distinctive background for the country style furnishings and antique chandeliers, which add a simple elegance. Light and airy, the ground floor rooms overlook the small enclosed garden which has a delightfully secluded aspect and views through trees to pretty thatched cottages. Lawns with a small ornamental pond (please take care with small children) and a patio, this is a lovely spot in which to relax in total privacy or enjoy a barbecue. A little coastal hamlet, Porthoustock lies a mile from St Keverne and is a convenient setting for those wishing to walk the coastal footpath or explore the peaceful creeks around the Helford River. The nearest sandy beach is three miles away in the picturesque village of Coverack. Parking is available on the road outside the cottage.

Entrance to First Floor: Open plan stair case. Bedroom 1 with 5' bed and walk through to Bedroom 2 with 2' 6'' Bunk Bed. Shower Room. Ground Floor: Lounge. Kitchen/Diner. Other Amenities: Fridge/freezer, telephone and barbecue. Bed linen provided. Towels for hire. Central heating. One well behaved dog welcome at £15 per week.
