Property Description
This spacious penthouse takes up an enviable position just yards from the golden sands of the popular coastal town of Perranporth, this is an ideal holiday home for those wishing to have easy access to some of the best coastline in the county. Entered through a private reception area, the penthouse is spread over through three floors. Upstairs the open plan lounge and dining area perfect for large families having three large leather sofas in the sitting room and a dining table that easily accommodates eight people. The hub of this area is the smart kitchen which has all the mod cons and creates a very relaxing open plan environment to enjoy cooking and socialising with the rest of the group. There are two double and one twin bedroom, the décor is cream and brown and the rooms are light and spacious, also on this floor there is a family bathroom. The second floor houses a bunk room and on the ground floor you will find a changing/utility area housing buckets, spades and bodyboards. The area also benefits from having a shower room, this is perfect for those washing off the sand after a day on the beach. There are communal areas outside the property and plenty of room for summer barbecues. The area itself is well renowned for its golden sands, surf beaches and amazing coastal path, guest will find that there is good access for most of the county, including St. Ives to the west, Newquay to the East and the Eden Project to the south. There is parking for 2 cars.
