The apartment accommodates 4 people however it can be booked with Kenegie Manor Lodge (1248) to cater for larger families and groups. The large fishing town of Penzance with its shops, art galleries, old inns and restaurants is little over a mile away while the famous fishing village of St Ives, home of the Tate Gallery and a fabulous coastline and beaches, is within a short drive. From the entrance of the manor you can see St Michael's Mount and within 2 miles is the helicopter port offering day trips to the beautiful Isles of Scilly. Come rain or shine, guests can expect a memorable experience at Kenegie Manor with the added benefit of the use of the on-site leisure facilities provided by a local holiday firm. Between March and October guests have unlimited use of an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, tennis courts, pitch and putt, children's play area and Club House with a licensed bar subject to variable opening times. The apartment benefits from pleasing views overlooking a landscaped garden containing exotic flowers and shrubs from their elevated position on the first floor at the front of the manor. The interior provides generous proportions including an open plan living room incorporating a sleek and well equipped kitchen fitted with glossy Cornish cream units; a designated dining area and a sitting area complete with sumptuous gold and crimson settees beside a 40" LCD TV. The master bedroom boasts a king size sleigh bed and en-suite shower room while the other bedroom, which can be presented as a twin or a second double, has the use of a family bathroom.
