An excellent base from which to tour most of Cornwall and enjoy a wide range of activities from water sports to golf, easily accessible are a choice of superb beaches from arty St Ives to the bustling seaside resort of Newquay, the scenic port of Falmouth and Truro with its lovely Cathedral and shops. Woodland walks and a cycle trail are close by and after a day of exploration why not visit the 'Fox & Hounds' (just a 2 minute walk) and taste the local ale and delicious food. Screened from the main road by high hedging, Clover Cottage has an enclosed and sheltered cottage garden to the front, a secluded, enclosed patio garden at the rear and plenty of offroad parking for anyone wishing to bring a boat or surfski. Very spacious, the cottage is exceptionally well furnished and equipped to provide year round comfort. Beamed ceilings in the lounge are a gesture to tradition but elsewhere the interior is strikingly up-to-date in its outlook and boasts a modern kitchen and a luxury bathroom.
