Entry is straight into a typical country styled kitchen/diner with oak cabinets at one end and a pine dining table for the family to gather around for home cooked meals at the other. Fired earth floor tiles continue into a nicely appointed lounge warmed at each end by wood burning stoves that exude year round cosiness to add to your comfort. A door leads out from the lounge onto a secluded and sheltered garden that is just the perfect setting for al-fresco meals and barbecues. Upstairs cream carpeted bedrooms are in keeping with the traditional character and tasteful ornate bedsteads dressed in co-ordinating fabrics add splashes of colour. An adjoining garage with an electronically operated door provides ample storage for surf boards, beach gear, wet suits and bicycles. Children have freedom and space to play in the adjoining orchard or on land that extends down behind the farmhouse. Located four miles from Helston many south west and Atlantic coast resorts are within easy range and the golden beaches and hidden coves of the Lizard Peninsula along with a variety of attractions including Poldark Mine and Trevarno Gardens are within a short drive. There is parking for three cars on the drive.
