An adjoining garage with an electronically operated door provides ample storage for surf boards, beach gear, wet suits and bicycles. Children have freedom and space to play in the adjoining orchard or on land that extends down behind the farmhouse. Located four miles from Helston many south west and Atlantic coast resorts are within easy range and the golden beaches and hidden coves of the Lizard Peninsula along with a variety of attractions including Poldark Mine and Trevarno Gardens are within a short drive.
