Fiddler's Green is very special, a handsome detached property occupying a grandstand position overlooking the desirable coastal village of Polperro with spectacular uninterrupted views of its picturesque harbour, white washed fisherman's cottages and stunning seascape. The accommodation is generously proportioned and arranged over the ground and first floor levels of this impressive three storey house which sits in an elevated vantage point, standing above a private patio and an enclosed terraced garden set into the hillside, complete with a large sun deck. The village centre is within a short stroll via a path directly accessed from the foot of the garden. Time can be spent exploring the quaint narrow streets, curio shops, old inns and restaurants or on a pleasure boat trip boarded from the quayside. The beaches at Talland and Lansallos are also closeby. Refurbished two years ago throughout to a high standard with a new kitchen, family bathroom and shower room. The sitting room provides a comfortable living space for social gatherings and is extremely inviting with two open fire places and large picture windows that frame exceptional views. The spacious first floor 20ft master bedroom boasts a king size bed and a private seaward facing balcony, the perfect spot for a morning coffee. In addition there is a double bedroom and a 30ft bedroom equipped with four single beds. There is off road parking for one medium car. Children must be supervised in the garden and care taken on the steps which give it access.
