Tucked away amidst breathtakingly beautiful countryside, Cedar Lodge is the perfect holiday home for those seeking excellent accommodation standards and a peaceful rural setting with easy access to the stunning coastline of the Cornish Riviera that is renowned for its white sandy beaches and picturesque fishing villages. Standing in the pretty hamlet of Trevelmond, in 88 acres of farmland and detached from the owner's farmhouse, guests have the freedom to roam scenic pastures and woodlands and stroll along the pretty footpaths and traffic-free lanes. When you are ready to explore the surrounding area, the popular visitor destinations of Looe, Polperro and Bodmin Moor are within a short drive as too are the beaches at Talland Bay, Looe and Lansallos. A day trip to Plymouth, the vibrant maritime city of the south west and the renowned Eden Project offer a fun day for all the family and are within a 30 minute drive. A former farm building, Cedar Lodge has been thoughtfully designed and furnished with flair to a high standard throughout. Remarkably spacious inside, the accommodation comprises an open plan living room with a high vaulted ceiling supported by large timber trusses and a window lined wall with patio doors opening onto a large sun deck. The comfortable sitting area has been strategically arranged to benefit from the warmth of the stylish multi-fuel stove and to sit and enjoy the peaceful outlook. At the other end is a kitchen/dining area and utility room equipped with a full range of modern appliances. There are two elegantly dressed twin bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor and a double bedroom with en-suite shower room in a private position on the first floor. There is ample parking.
