A tranquil and restful oasis where a network of footpaths crisscross neighbouring land giving peaceful traffic free walks (a bonus for pet owners), a stroll around the nearby Carn Hill will unfold panoramic views over much of Cornwall on a clear day. Offering a welcoming embrace as you enter, this charming and surprisingly spacious cottage now boasts a new contemporary look. A beautifully crafted staircase effectively separates a lounge in which dark leather settees rest on wide oak floorboards and a wall mounted flat screen TV compliments the modern theme, from a slate floored kitchen that is superbly fitted with white floor cabinets topped with glossy black granite work tops. A ground floor bedroom with a feature glazed wall looking onto a sheltered patio boasts a superking size bed which, along with an adjacent bathroom, cater well for those that have difficulty with stairs.
