Steps lead from the house through natural woodland to the creek and access to the sea from a small private quay, where there is a much appreciated wooden garden seat from which to observe the creek wildlife, especially at sunset, 2-3 hours before and after high water. Low tide leaves a shallow, sandy pool, ideal for small children to play in and for prawning (nets provided). It is beautifully quiet with only the sounds of the many species of birds. The coves of Flushing and Gillan are a 10- minute walk or row by dinghy. There are plenty of eating establishments in the area. Parking area provided.
