The scenery inland is just as captivating with traffic-free cycle trails through peaceful countryside and Tehidy Country Park with its prestigious golf course and beautiful lake and woodlands. Situated towards the end of a no-through road and away from the main thoroughfare, Ocean View is spacious and attractively presented throughout. Benefitting from a reversed interior, the kitchen has views to Gull's Rock and the lounge/diner boasts ceiling to floor windows maximising the panorama, with two of the bedrooms affording the same views. The master bedroom is equipped with an en-suite shower room and there is a family bathroom on the ground floor. Outside is a lawned garden and raised sun-deck that benefits from the afternoon sun and is an ideal spot for alfresco dining. The beaches at Porthtowan, St Agnes and Newquay are close by and the cathedral city of Truro and the famous Eden Project are within easy driving distance. There is a drive and garage parking.
