The scenery inland is just as captivating with traffic-free cycle trails through peaceful countryside and Tehidy Country Park with its prestigious golf course and beautiful lake and woodlands. Situated towards the end of a no-through road and away from the main thoroughfare, Ocean View is spacious and attractively presented throughout. Benefitting from a reversed interior, the kitchen has views to Gull's Rock and the lounge/diner boasts ceiling to floor windows maximising the panorama, with two of the bedrooms affording the same views. The master bedroom is equipped with an en-suite shower room and there is a family bathroom on the ground floor. Outside is a lawned garden and raised sun-deck that benefits from the afternoon sun and is an ideal spot for alfresco dining.
