Surrounded by acres of green countryside with panoramic views stretching towards the sea and beyond, Cheristow Holiday Cottages are set on a thriving small holding just 5 miles west of the fishing village of Clovelly, famed for its whitewashed cottages and cobbled streets. Converted from stone barns dating back to Medieval times, the cottages are an ideal base for visitors seeking a 'get away' experience. A luxury shared hot tub and sauna facility is perfect in which to unwind and relax after a busy day. The surrounding area has a whole range of activities that caters for most including Surfing, Golfing, Sailing, Cycling, Fishing, Bird Watching and many more. Tucked quietly down a country lane Cheristow is ideally situated. A short walk will find the beaches and rock-pools of the local bay of Berry and a little further afield the beaches of Sandymouth Bay, Welcombe Mouth, Bucks Cross and Widemouth Bay can be found. The village of Hartland, which is within walking distance through ancient woods, offers a variety of shops including a greengrocers, fish and chips shop, off licence/general store, craft shops, pubs, vets, doctors and post office/newsagent. There is plenty of off road parking close to the properties. Buzzard is the smallest of the cottages with steps leading to the door giving direct access to a galley kitchen with combination oven/grill/microwave, and through which is accessed the lounge/diner with a simple to operate unique full size double fold-away bed, neatly concealed for daytime storage within the lounge area. There is a sunny seating area to the side of the property.
