Tucked away in a quiet, traffic-free location in the seaside resort of Hayle, this former Tack House has been cleverly converted into a cosy-for-two holiday home. Perfect at any time of year for a romantic break or for enthusiastic walkers, beachcombers and birdwatchers, the stunning coastline and beaches of St Ives Bay and Hayle Estuary, a popular spot among bird watchers for its rare bird and plant life habitat, are within walking distance. Hayle is famed for its three miles of golden sands and a 15 minute walk along the harbour and the mouth of Estuary will transport you to Hayle Towans, a life guard controlled beach popular among surfers and sunbathers. Famed locally as the gateway to West Cornwall, Hayle is perfectly positioned to visit St Ives, Land's End and Penzance and a host of attractions and beaches. Art galleries, pubs, bars, restaurants are within a short walk and there are supermarkets and a shopping centre on the edge of town. The Tack House is a small detached two storey property set in an enclosed garden that offers a high degree of privacy and a decked patio equipped with garden furniture. The compact interior affordds cosy, modern accommodation, featuring under floor heating, wooden flooring and porcelain floor tiles throughout. Brand new furnishings compliment the original character evident in the thick white washed walls and sash windows. The front door leads into a small and attractive first floor living room equipped with a kitchenette, sofa, bistro dining table for two, TV/DVD and selection of books. There is a small bedroom on the lower floor equipped with a double bed (on a low base) dressed in pretty bed linen, a wall-mounted flat screen TV and a modern en-suite shower room. There is parking for two cars.
