The Goat House, immersed within the peace and tranquillity of Cardinham Woods, is a perfect place to retreat. Conveniently located, Eden Project and the wonderful Lost Gardens of Heligan are just a short drive away. Watersports galore can be found on the white sandy beaches of Newquay while the quaint fishing villages of Port Isaac, Padstow and Fowey are all within easy reach. Bodmin Moor, one the last great unspoilt areas in the South West, with much of its prehistoric and medieval past remains untouched by the passing of the centuries, is literally on your doorstep. This cosy-for-two converted stone goat house, is an ultimate romantic getaway, although compact it has been cleverly arranged to maximise its living space. The open-plan living space incorporates a new kitchenette, sitting and dining area. Close to yet not overlooked by the owner's house, couples staying at The Goat House have 1.5 acres of garden and woodland to stroll through with a secluded, exclusive seating and barbeque area to while away the evenings. You will also have use of a well stocked fishing lake within the owners garden. There is parking for one car at the front of the property and use of a garage to store bikes, wet suits and surfboards.
