Tye Farm is tucked away in an idyllic rural setting in the village of Trewoon, just 4 miles from the stunning coastline and beaches of the Cornish Riviera and the ancient town of St Austell. Four properties are available to book independently or together including Badger's Wood , The Stables , Tye Corner ,and Ducks Crossing and offer guests the shared use of a large outdoor swimming pool set in generous landscaped gardens surrounded by peaceful woodlands and countryside. Each residence is individual in character, well appointed throughout and offers ample parking. Well-off the beaten track, couples and families will find it ideal for a relaxing break yet within easy reach of numerous visitor attractions. The sandy beaches at Porthpean and Pentewen are closest and provide access to the scenic south west coast path and the charming fishing village of Mevagissey, the historic harbour town of Charlestown, the exclusive waterside town of Fowey and the cathedral city of Truro are within a short drive. The awe inspiring gardens at the Eden Project (6 miles) and The Lost Gardens of Heligan are a must-see and for a more active break, there is a cycle trail at Pentewen Valley, a scenic coastal golf course at Carlyon Bay and Porthpean (both open to nonmembers) and various water sports activities on the coast. Ducks Crossing is a semi-detached barn conversion arranged with two other properties around a charming courtyard. Offering comfortable accommodation and excellent value for money, customary cottage furnishings compliment the rustic character and it is practical for families with two bathrooms and generous proportions. There is plenty of outdoor space for children to play including a rear garden equipped with seating and landscaped with plants and flowers and a small pond accessed via patio doors from the dining room and shared with the adjoining barn.

Other Amenities: Freezer, coin operated laundry facilities and barbecue onsite. Bed linen and towels provided. Electric central heating. Children must be supervised and particular care given to the pool and ponds. The swimming pool is available 02/06/12 - 08/09/12 and is unheated.
