Newly refurbished to an excellent standard, this first floor apartment is situated in the highly sought after holiday destination of Carbis Bay and is less than a 10 minute walk from its soft white sandy beach. Less crowded than the neighbouring resort of St Ives, a holiday here feels like a return to a more innocent age. RNLI Lifeguards operate along the beach in the summer, there is a beach cafe and a quaint coastal rail line connects to St Ives. The coastal footpath is on the door step, guiding ramblers along a beautiful coastline fringed with turquoise sea, the finest beaches and sub-tropical gardens. Close to West Cornwall's major attractions, it is a pleasant 20 minute stroll to St Ives and the cobbled streets which lead to its charismatic harbour and a short drive to Land's End, St Michael's Mount and Penzance. Arranged over two levels the interior is immaculate and ultra-chic featuring an open plan living room furnished with lipstick-red leather settees, smart home entertainment (TV, Music, DVD/Blu-Ray), a fashionable zebrano-effect dining suite and stunning sea views.
