Just 5 minutes drive away is the vibrant maritime town of Falmouth, home of the world's second largest natural harbour. The Helford River and Lizard Peninsula are a short drive to the east as well as the 'must-see' beautiful sub-tropical gardens of Trebah and Glendurgan. Penarvon occupies one of the most secluded positions on the grounds and provides comfortable family accommodation with modern furnishings. The spacious open plan living room is warm and welcoming with a well equipped modern kitchen to one side and pine dining table for six. Also on the ground floor is a light and airy double bedroom and a cloakroom. On the first floor are a double bedroom and a further bunk room plus the family bathroom.
