The north coast is famous for its surfing beaches, many of which are lifeguard patrolled, and quaint seaside towns and fishing villages. Don't miss a visit to the nearby beaches at Widemouth Bay, Trebarwith Strand, Crackington Haven, Rock and Polzeath; the vibrant seaside towns of Padstow and Bude and the charismatic fishing villages of Port Isaac and Boscastle. Children are well catered for even when the sun is not shining with numerous activities within easy reach including the indoor Splash Leisure Pool; The Eden Project; The Blue Reef Aquarium; the National Trust owned Trevigue Wildlife Conservation; The Tamar Otter Sanctuary; Tintagel Castle, legendary birthplace of King Arthur and Launceston Castle to name a few.
