This exceptional residence offers the discerning guest a unique experience to discover an ethereal woodland setting within reach of the Atlantic coastline and beaches. Situated off the scenic coast road between Tintagel and Boscastle, the adventure begins with the option for guests to commute themselves along a mile long farm track to the property in the owner's four wheel drive. Nestled in the beautiful and secluded wooded valley called St Nectan's Glen, a true hideaway, the tranquillity is so far removed from the pressures of modern living. Here the only sound to break the silence is the bird song, the Atlantic breeze rustling through the leaves on the trees and the soothing rhythm of the Trevillet River and St Nectan's Kieve, a plunge pool fed by an incredible 60ft waterfall which is a designated Site of Special Scientific Interest and deemed sacred by many. Gentile walks commence from the doorstep along scenic woodland and riverside trails. Superbly crafted with seasoned local Larch, the exterior sits in harmony with the environment. The curved decked patio, which is a glorious sun-trap, integrates with a large terrace garden. The reversed interior capitalises on tranquil woodland views which hold their audience spellbound and, combined with full length balconies to the ground and first floor, serve to provide a constant connection to this magical environment. Character and style has been created by the use of natural and reclaimed timbers and stylish furnishings with a subtle retro-feel. Entrance is to a light and airy open plan living room giving access to a bathroom and a bedroom with twin beds. A central staircase leads down to two luxurious double bedrooms furnished in simple elegance where bold coloured fabrics contrast against white washed walls. The less crowded sandy cove of Bossiney Haven within a 20 minute walk whilst the large tract of sandy beach at Trebarwith Strand is a 10 minute drive and Padstow, Rock, Port Isaac, Boscastle and Bodmin Moor are within a 30 minute drive. There is parking for two cars however the farm track is unsuitable for low slung vehicles.

Steep steps down to the entrance. First Floor: Living Room/Kitchen. Bedroom 3 Twin (on low base. Bathroom, bath with shower over and WC. Ground Floor: Bedroom 1 with 5' Bed. Bedroom 2 with 5' Bed. Other Amenities: Wireless Broadband. Freezer, dishwasher, tumble drier, stair gate and barbecue. Bed linen and towels provided. Electric central and under floor heating. Incoming telephone calls, One pet welcome at £25 per week.
