Property Description

This delightful barn conversion which was completed in June 2011 is situated just three miles from the sandy beach at Trebarwith Strand. The pretty stone barn is situated on a good touring route just a mile from the village of St Teath which has a pub and village stores and is well located for exploring the North Cornwall coast. The picturesque coastal village of Padstow is within easy driving distance and here you can indulge in a meal at one of the many superb restaurants or just wander around the pretty winding lanes of the town. The Camel Estuary is a haven for watersports and here you can enjoy boat and fishing trips, sailing lessons, waterskiing and of course surfing from Polzeath or its neighbour Rock on the north of the estuary. Those that prefer to stay on dry land can take advantage of the three golf courses in the area or perhaps spend a day cycling the Camel Trail. Fig Tree Barn offers reverse level accommodation with a light and airy sitting room with vaulted ceiling on the first floor which overlooks the garden. On the ground floor the spacious master bedroom has a king size bed whilst the second bedroom has a single bed with pull out 2'6 bed. There is also a sofa bed in the sitting room which can be used in place of the pull out bed making this property suited to a maximum of three adults and one child. The pretty garden to the front of the barn is perfect for relaxing in the morning sunshine or dining alfresco. There is parking for one car. For larger groups, Fig Tree Barn is adjacent to Lime Tree Cottage and will accommodate a maximum of 12 people. For larger groups, Fig Tree Barn is adjacent to Lime Tree Cottage .
