The house is surrounded by two acres of garden and woods. There is a flat lawn area ideal for children's games and a circular woodland walk. It is a five-minute walk to the excellent village shop, the famous Shipwrights Arms pub, the sailing club and the waters edge. The modern sitting room has floor to ceiling windows and a wood-burning stove, so the wonderful view can be enjoyed throughout the year. The big balcony is ideal for outdoor eating and has a gas barbecue. The long driveway sweeps round the house and there is plenty of parking. Family groups or adult couples only.
