There is a sunny, enclosed garden to the rear, with a patio and neat lawn area, an ideal spot for a family evening barbecue. A short walk will take you to the nearest beach or into the busy town of Newquay. Newquay Zoo and the Blue Reef Aquarium will entertain the young whilst coastal walks, a round of golf or a relaxing session in the Bay Hotel Spa (3 minutes walk away) will occupy those seeking a break from the rigours of modern living. Famous for its beaches and surf culture, the town also offers a wide variety of pubs and restaurants. The Fistral Blu Restaurant with breathtaking views or the Jamie Oliver 15 Restaurant at Watergate Bay is a 10 min drive away. Private parking is available for 2 cars, one of which is under cover.
