Situated in the beautiful and peaceful valley leading down to Maenporth Beach, Falmouth. With onsite facilities including tennis courts, children's outdoor play area, an indoor plunge pool (Open 29th March until 2nd November 2013) and The Village Arms (Open 15th February to 2nd November 2013). An excellent choice for a peaceful yet active holiday, this cottage sits in walking distance to Falmouth beaches in a pretty valley park with tennis and ball courts, children's play area, splash pool and many other facilities. Just next to a little stream running through this well tendered residence, Tricklebrook Cottage is a great choice for families or couples sharing. A spacious open plan living space has French windows opening on to a private sheltered terrace with access to the large communal gardens. Light and airy, the kitchen is well equipped and dining inside or out is a pleasure, plus a generous welcome tray awaits guests. There are three bedrooms, two doubles and a twin plus a family size bathroom. There is a parking space nearby, and plenty of parking for visitors. On the south side of the Village, set along the stream which runs the length of the grounds you will you will find Tricklebrook Cottage. The sound of the stream as it winds its way toward the cove will ease you into your holiday, children can play Pooh Sticks on the ornate wooden bridge while you relax on your terrace. As with all of the cottages, you are just a short walk from the Village amenities including the Café, Pub and Store and also the Splash Pool and Gym. Benefitting from the afternoon sun, the Village café terrace is a great place to relax and enjoy refreshments. The Village of Gardens is equidistant between Maenporth and Swanpool beaches. Everyone loves Swanpool for the café, sand and swimming while Maenporth is perhaps a little more relaxed but equally as special; both offer fantastic restaurants and sandy shores so you really are spoilt for choice. North Helford and Falmouth are perhaps the quintessential Cornish visitor destinations; a mix of beach, creek and woodland serve some of our most interesting and historic villages and towns. Falmouth itself is home to the National Maritime Museum, visitors will enjoy an amble through the narrow streets and possibly a boat trip across the River Fal or up the Truro River.
