The Village of Gardens, Pendra Loweth is a village of purpose built and privately owned self-catering holiday cottages. Situated in the beautiful and peaceful valley leading down to Maenporth Beach, Falmouth. With onsite facilities including tennis courts, children's outdoor play area, an indoor plunge pool (Open 29th March until 2nd November 2013) and The Village Arms (Open 15th February to 2nd November 2013). This pristine and tastefully furnished terrace cottage allows you to bring your dog on holiday without having to compromise on quality and style. Amply spacious for couples and families, Breeze is positioned on the pretty village green away from the road (making it popular among parents of young children). The interior design combines neutral tones with bold accent colours and modern furniture/appliances to create a very attractive yet practical holiday home. Doors lead from the open plan living room to a private and sheltered patio offering a good degree of privacy and a picnic bench where parents can relax and watch their children have fun on the lawn (communal). There is allocated parking for one car plus visitor parking. On the south side of the Village, set along the stream which runs the length of the grounds you will you will find Breeze. The sound of the stream as it winds its way toward the cove will ease you into your holiday; children can play Pooh Sticks on the ornate wooden bridge while you relax on your patio. As with all of the cottages, you are just a short walk from the Village amenities including the Café, Pub and Store and also the Splash Pool and Gym. Benefitting from the afternoon sun, the Village terrace is a great place to relax and enjoy refreshments. The Village of Gardens is equidistant between Maenporth and Swanpool beaches. Everyone loves Swanpool for the café, sand and swimming while Maenporth is perhaps a little more relaxed but equally as special; both offer fantastic restaurants and sandy shores so you really are spoilt for choice. North Helford and Falmouth are perhaps the quintessential Cornish visitor destinations; a mix of beach, creek and woodland serve some of our most interesting and historic villages and towns. Falmouth itself is home to the National Maritime Museum; visitors will enjoy an amble through the narrow streets and possibly a boat trip across the River Fal or up the river towards Truro. The Cornish Cottage Holidays team is always on hand to advise you on the area and to help you plan your stay with us.
