Golfing enthusiasts can while away the hours at the driving range honing their skills for the nine-hole course. The family friendly bar and restaurant are also open daily meaning guests need never leave the estate! Please note there is a charge for use of some facilities. Equidistant at 15 miles from the north and south coasts, Holly View is perfect for exploring the many fine sandy beaches in the area. The popular fishing village of Padstow is a great place to sample fine seafood at one of the many restaurants for which it now famous. The pretty harbour is filled with pleasure boats and a passenger ferry runs regularly to its upmarket neighbour Rock which sits on the opposite shores of the Camel estuary. In contrast to the rugged north coast, a trip to Fowey on the south coast is a must; this picturesque town is full of life all year round with an abundance of galleries, boutique shops and waterside eateries. This well presented timber clad lodge has been updated by the present owner to provide comfortable and spacious accommodation for four guests. The open plan living space has a well equipped kitchen to one side making meal times a sociable event. In the summer guests can fling open the patio doors and dine alfresco on the south facing terrace. There are two very roomy bedrooms, one of which has an-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, the other an en-suite shower room with body jet shower. There is parking for 2 cars.
