Local facilities include a bakery with coffee shop, butchers, greengrocers, pharmacy and newsagents meaning guests need never venture out to the supermarket. There are also several pubs and restaurants in the village including the Driftwood Spars at Trevaunance Cove which is home to a micro brewery and was in the Times top 50 pubs in the country in 2011. Little Pentire sits in the heart of Cornwall's World Heritage North Coast Path and intrepid walkers will enjoy spectacular cliff top walks to Perranporth in the east and to Porthtowan to the west. Little Pentire is a brand new property which has been finished to a high specification throughout. Light floods into the open plan living space through the large skylights and the picture window at the front with views to the sea. The accommodation offers groups of four a degree of flexibility in sleeping arrangements with a double bedroom, a bunk bedroom plus a sofa bed in the living space. Whilst the owners and their friendly dog, live in the adjacent property, there is a small enclosed private courtyard garden whilst guests also have access to the owners large garden which has a skate board ramp (used at guests own risk). Friendly four legged residents include alpacas, donkeys and horses which children will love to meet under the owner's supervision. There is parking for one car. ONE WELL BEHAVED PET GOES FREE.
