A well equipped kitchen and four bedrooms, one of which is conveniently en-suite lead off from a central hallway. Bounded by low hedging, many happy hours can be spent in the front garden taking in the fresh sea air and coastal views although care must be taken with young children. Access to the beach is but a moment away down a small incline from the roadside, recommended by the Marine Conservation Society activities include, canoeing, sailing, windsurfing and fishing. Downderry lies between two of the most beautiful parts of the South West coastal path. A short walk will take you to the centre of the village where you will find a local store/post office, a beach shop with pasties, a newly opened restaurant 'The Blue Plate' and the renowed Inn on the shore which offers great food and local ales. A monkey sanctuary and Crafthole golf course are within a fifteen minute drive. There is parking for two small cars adjacent to a small rear garden.
