This traditional cottage nestles on the edge of a pretty village just 6 miles from the beach side town of Looe and 9 miles from the fishing village of Polperro. Surrounded by beautiful scenery the village is quiet, peaceful and just a short drive from the south coast where you can enjoy traditional villages, coves and beaches. Built of Cornish stone Trevaylor boasts a wealth of traditional features including slate floors, oak beamed ceilings, inglenook fireplace, exposed stone walls and pine doors. A modern bathroom, kitchen and a high standard of decor and furnishing throughout, complements the charming character which oozes from this property. Your stay at this delightful cottage will be a comfortable one, with thick walls to keep you cool in the summer and plenty of heating to keep you cosy in the early spring and autumn. Peaceful walks from the village, fishing and horse riding can all be enjoyed locally, while in Duloe, 1 1/2 miles away, a traditional pub serves an extensive food menu. Nearby Looe, Polperro and Fowey have picturesque fishing harbours, unique art and craft shops and eateries. Towards the moor Liskeard offers a sports centre, a swimming pool and a supermarket. Of course you may just want to laze around the sheltered garden in the sun and enjoy a barbecue. There is parking for one car.

One Dog welcome free of charge.
