Rainy day fun for all ages can be had at Paradise Park in Hayle; a wildlife and bird sanctuary with indoor play area. Try karting or the 18-hole pitch and putting green and driving range nearby. Relax and discover arguably the most scenic and highly recommended branch line train journey from St Erth to St Ives. This archetypal fishing port holds a charm and appeal for all tastes, with characterful gift shops and galleries to dawdle around, set in narrow, winding streets.
